1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you ("Client") and Above All Mobile Detailing ("we," "us," or "our"), concerning your access to and use of our mobile detailing services. By booking a service with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Mobile Service Policies

Because we come to you, we require:

  • Access: Ample space to park our service vehicle and open doors/trunks of your vehicle.
  • Permission: Permission to be on the premises (if an office or apartment complex).
  • Safety: A safe environment for our technicians. Locations deemed unsafe may result in appointment cancellation.

3. Appointments and Cancellations

  • Booking: Appointments are subject to availability.
  • Cancellation: We request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. Late cancellations may incur a fee.
  • Weather: For mobile services without cover, appointments may be rescheduled due to inclement weather (rain, snow, high winds).

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of the service. We accept cash and major credit/debit cards via Square. We reserve the right to request a deposit for high-value services (like Ceramic Coatings).

5. Vehicle Condition

Quotes provided are based on vehicles in "average" condition. Additional charges may apply for:

  • Excessive pet hair
  • Biohazards (mold, vomit, blood) - Note: We may decline service for severe biohazards.
  • Heavy staining or soilage requiring extra time.

6. Pre-Existing Damages

We are not responsible for pre-existing damage to the vehicle. We will inspect the vehicle prior to starting work. Fragile or loose parts (mirrors, trim, antennas) that break during standard washing procedures due to age or prior damage are the owner's responsibility.

7. Personal Property

Please remove all personal items, valuables, and sensitive materials from the vehicle before our arrival. We are not responsible for loss of personal items left in the vehicle.

8. SMS/Mobile Messaging Terms (Twilio Compliance)

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive text messages from us.

  • Program Description: We send appointment reminders, service updates, and occasional exclusive offers.
  • Message Frequency: Frequency varies.
  • Cost: Message and data rates may apply.
  • Carrier Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • Opt-Out: Reply "STOP" to cancel. Reply "HELP" for help.
